Are you looking for creative ways to raise funds for Chaplaincy? Do you know someone who loves to ride a dirt or road bike while being able to help out their chosen school Chappie in the process? Then this year’s Ride4Hope may be just the ticket!
The Ride4Hope was founded in 2012 as a platform for LCC’s, Chappies, Businesses, Individuals, families and even kids to come together to raise funds for their chosen Chappie or LCC. All that an LCC or Chappie need to do is promote the Ride4Hope to anyone they know who has a passion for Chaplaincy and loves to ride a Trail, Track or Road bike… get them to sign up and the Ride4Hope will do the rest.
49.7% of Trail riders are likely to be a family man.*
On completion of the event the net funds raised will be passed through to the local LCC’s who take part (within 4 weeks). The last Ride4Hope in 2013 saw 17 various LCC’s receive a share of over $35,000 total funds raised!!
The Ride4Hope is holding two major events in 2015 with the first event, ‘Detour’ rapidly approaching.
The Ride4Hope ‘Detour’ Trail ride : 30th & 31st May.
The Ride4Hope Track ride : 3rd-5th October
The Ride4Hope ’Detour’ is heading south of the border for two days of professionally guided trail riding. We’ll be travelling deep into the forestry ranges, led and supported by some of the best local tour guides! The Boys from ’Coffs Harbour Detour‘ are born and bred locals and have been riding the local forests, spending a lifetime sourcing, riding and maintaining awesome dirt bike trails in and around Coffs Harbour and the North Coast. Coffs Harbour boasts all types of terrain which makes for absolutely awesome trail bike riding! From sandy trails to leafy rainforest with fast flowing trails; from tight single-lane tracks to big hill climbs, the Ride4Hope ‘Detour’ will have something for everyone.
